Some users with 64-bit Windows 7 or Windows 10 get an error message that says "Unable to load odbcji32.dll".  SID is currently a 32-bit program and your computer may have 64-bit versions of this DLL installed which creates this error.  Downloading either of these "runtime" files should install the correct DLL on your computer:
